Receptionist (m/f/d)

The SHH hotel group stands for warm hospitality, modern structures and a strong, family-like working environment. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for dedicated, service-oriented receptionists who professionally accompany our guests from first contact through to departure.
Your Tasks
- Professional handling of reservations, inquiries and complaints (by phone, in writing and in person)
- Welcoming, looking after and advising our guests
- Issuing invoices, cash management and general administrative tasks
- Providing information about our hotels, services and the region’s attractions
- Upholding and further developing our quality standards
- Coordinating with the accounting department
- Contributing to projects (marketing, customer and guest acquisition)
- Coordinating and collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, administration, etc.
- Supporting check-in via our self-check-in kiosks
Your Qualifications
- A completed vocational training (ideally in hospitality & tourism, though not strictly required)
- Professional experience at the front desk or in guest service
- Knowledge of PMS Apaleo and/or BMD NTCS desirable
- Good MS Office skills and practical experience
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German skills, good English skills; further foreign languages an advantage
- Willingness to work shift duty
- Friendly manner, strong communication skills, high guest and service orientation, accuracy, reliability and excellent teamwork
