Serviced apartments for medium & long stay
The classic housing market no longer meets the needs of companies and skilled professionals. That’s exactly where our next project comes in: sHome Living Graz is a serviced-apartment concept with a clear focus on medium and long stay – stays of 1 to 6 months – as well as business and project guests.
What we’re developing
- Around 150 modern, fully equipped serviced apartments
- Digital operation with self-check-in and lean processes
- Integrated coffee, co-working and community area
- Additional spaces: fitness area, laundry and lounge zones
