The SHH Hotel Group stands for individual hotels with style, quality and regionality.
With currently around 150 rooms in four establishments in Austria, our group is growing steadily –

and is open to new locations, operator and development partnerships across the country.

Our expansion strategy

We are continuously seeking attractive hotel, apartment and project locations in Austria – preferably in:

Tourist regions, spas and holiday resorts
Cities with business or seminar potential
Existing properties with development potential or new construction projects

Ideal order of magnitude:
minimum 20, preferably 50 or more units │ Hotel or serviced apartments

Operation by SHH or joint venture

We realize projects in ownership, lease, or as long-term operators – individually tailored to the respective location.

 

Our requirements for new projects

For new projects, the SHH Hotel Group places importance on the following framework conditions:

Good accessibility (proximity to transport links, tourist or economic centers)
Attractive location with clear positioning – e.g., for holidays, business trips, or long-term stays.
Modern building structure or development potential for contemporary hotel standards
Sustainable operating options (e.g. energy efficiency, PV, heat pumps, etc.)
Space requirement: depending on the concept, from approx. 800 m² gross floor area
Number of rooms: at least 20, preferably 50 or more units
Type of business: Hotel, serviced apartments or a combination of both concepts
Long-term partnerships with a focus on quality and efficiency
