How does self-check-in work?
You check yourself in around the clock – at the self-check-in terminal on site or conveniently online in advance. Before arrival, you’ll receive all the information, including your personal access details. More about self-check-in.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is usually possible from 2 pm, and check-out is by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.
Is parking available?
Parking is available at our properties. You’ll find the details for your property on the respective hotel page, or you can ask our team.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in euros, bank transfer, EC and Maestro cards, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay credit cards.
Can I cancel free of charge?
That depends on the rate you’ve booked: guaranteed reservations can usually be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. Early-bird rates are binding and non-cancellable. You’ll find the exact terms in our Terms & Conditions and in your booking confirmation.
Are pets allowed?
Bringing pets is generally not allowed, but exceptions can be approved in advance on request. Please contact us before your arrival.
Is breakfast available?
At the sHome Bistro you can have breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. At Hotel Schachenwald, the Restaurant Schachenwald also awaits you with Styrian cuisine.
Where are your properties located?
Our seven properties are located in Graz, in Unterpremstätten near Graz, and in the Lachtal. You’ll find all addresses under Locations & Directions.
How can I buy a voucher?
Simply request your voucher from us – it can be redeemed at all SHH properties for overnight stays and dining. You’ll find details on the voucher page.
What’s the best way to book?
The best way is to book directly with us – online at the best price or by phone through our booking center. That way you secure the best available rate.
